  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • The delivery time takes about 3-7 working days, depending on courier nearby your area and the stocks availability.

  • Postage will only be done on weekdays. Shipment is not done on weekends and public holidays; it will be continued on a working week.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We want to make exchanges easy, so if you need a different size, color, or item, we’ve got you covered!

How to Exchange an Item:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at 013-7672517 (Whatsapp) within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

2. Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with an instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Return the Original Item: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. 

4. Receive Your Exchange: Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll ship out your new item(s) at no additional cost, provided the exchange is within the guidelines of our policy.
